At The Clarence Hotel in Dublin City Centre, guests can choose from fifty eight hotel rooms and suites, along with our world-famous Penthouse Suite. Our Dublin hotel rooms range from Standard Doubles through to Deluxe Doubles and on to our River View Rooms and Suites.

Our furnishings are classic and beds are dressed in crisp white linens with matching furniture and leather seating all of which have been custom designed primarily by Irish artisans.

The furnishings in our luxury hotel rooms sit elegantly in contrast to a palate of vibrant colours, rich, heavy drapes and luxurious carpets.

We have recently undergone renovation works at The Clarence Hotel to upgrade and enhance our guest experience. Part of our refurbishment includes a spectacular new lobby bar and a selection of newly designed Deluxe Double bedrooms.

Each of our Dublin City hotel rooms has a TV with a selection of local and international channels, tasty snacks and tea and coffee facilities. If there is anything additional you would like for your hotel room, please don’t hesitate to contact reception. We aim to cater for the needs of our guests and we offer around the clock room service, with complimentary WiFi available in all our rooms.

It is worth noting that our super-central Dublin City Centre location does mean that this area can be lively at night – particularly at the weekends. Whilst we have taken every effort to minimise noise, it’s not possible to block it all out. Please bear this in mind when booking.

Tomahawk is an intimate and unique dining setting located in the lower ground floor of the Dollard Printworks, next to The Clarence Hotel. Follow down the stairs to find a gorgeous timber dining bar set around the open kitchen, to watch the theatre of a professional kitchen at work. Alternatively, sit back and relax in the leather dining chairs and savour the atmosphere. The steaks are the star of the show and months were spent researching where to source the best steaks from around the world and the result is that there is no better beef than Irish. Tomahawk’s menu includes a range of cuts of top level Irish beef, cooked to your liking and served with steak toppers and sides. The signature dish is of course the Tomahawk, which needs two to tackle it. The menu also features succulent seafood, vegetarian dishes and daily specials. There is a comprehensive wine menu that has been matched by our sommelier to suit the beef and other dishes perfectly. Bold Argentinian reds and brazen French whites, and many other grapes in between, they want to ensure all elements of your meal are the best they can be. Roberta’s is beautifully designed glasshouse restaurant in Temple Bar, located just next door to The Clarence. With delicious New-York Italian style cuisine and cracking cocktails served beneath their bespoke glass ceiling, this is a great place to eat, with a buzzy atmosphere and incredible views! All their meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, herbs and dairy are delivered daily by local suppliers, so you’re always getting the freshest ingredients on your plate.

Roberta’s also offers an unparalleled vantage point of the River Liffey, with over 40 metres of riverside views.There is also a covered courtyard style terrace area located just off the main bar. The Roberta’s bar team pride themselves on the delicious cocktails that they make for you. VINTAGE COCKTAIL CLUB

Hidden behind a door marked only with the lettering “VCC”, ring the doorbell and you are welcomed into a prohibition era, speakeasy-vibe cocktail bar in Temple Bar, Dublin. Set over 3 floors, including a roof terrace, with a bar on each floor. The Vintage Cocktail Club is decorated in 1920’s style with antique furniture, a fireplace, vintage trinkets and artwork. They opened in October 2012 and offer a refined, relaxed and welcoming vibe. Vintage Cocktail Club is the perfect intimate gathering place and is famed for it’s multi-award winning cocktail experience. This spot is an absolute must! Isabelle’s Restaurant & Bar is located in the heart of Dublin City Centre, just off Grafton Street. This beautiful and bright restaurant and bar stretches from its entrance on South Anne Street right through to its seated terrace on the Royal Hibernian Way.
